Dear Homeowners,
We are writing to formally request the authorization of the Tierra Vista Subdivision Homeowners’ Association of Metro Lipa Water District (MLWD) to drill and develop an additional production well within the donated lot covered by TCT No. 117409 where the existing production well and elevated tank are located.
This proposed project is intended to augment and improve the current water supply system serving the subdivision. As demand for water continues to increase, the development of an additional production well will help ensure a more reliable, sustainable, and adequate water supply for all residents of Tierra Vista Subdivision.
MLWD assures that all works shall be conducted in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) as agreed upon by the parties. Furthermore, all works will be carried out with due regard for safety, minimal disruption to residents, and protection of existing subdivision infrastructure.
